Some landscaping, paver, hardscape, irrigation, planting, removal, grading, or digging-related work may require contractor registration, written contracts, municipal permits, inspections, utility markouts, association approvals, or other property-specific approvals. Required approvals, registrations, notices, insurance documents, written terms, and inspections must be confirmed before regulated work begins. Nothing on this website means that a permit, registration, inspection, utility markout, or approval is unnecessary.
Pesticide, Herbicide, and Fertilizer Work
Any weed-control, pest-control, herbicide, pesticide, fertilizer, lawn-feeding, turf-treatment, or similar chemical application service is available only where legally permitted and performed by properly licensed, certified, registered, or otherwise authorized personnel or providers. Website references to weed control, lawn feeding, turf care, or lawn health do not mean that regulated applications will be performed without required New Jersey approvals, certifications, registrations, product labeling, notices, records, or customer instructions.
Utility Markouts and Digging

The property owner and Bruce & Sons should confirm who is responsible for any required markout, ticket, access, site marking, and waiting period before digging begins.
