Server-side rate limiting may use a hashed version of the connection IP address for abuse prevention, but that IP-derived hash is not saved onto estimate-request or conversion-event records.

We use information to respond to estimate requests, contact you about the property or service requested, operate the Haven Care-powered vendor portal, send lead notifications to Bruce & Sons Landscaping, measure website conversions, prevent spam or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

By submitting the estimate form, you agree that Bruce & Sons Landscaping and Haven Care may use your information to respond to your request by phone, text, or email. This is not consent to automated marketing messages.
Sharing and Service Providers
Information may be shared with Bruce & Sons Landscaping, Haven Care Home & Property Care, and service providers used to run the website, secure the form, store lead records, authenticate the vendor portal, host the site, and send email notifications.
